Shipping destinations and methods depend on the products ordered and the address provided. Checkout displays the options available for your order, together with applicable delivery costs and taxes, before you make payment.

Getting your order ready

Preparation follows payment confirmation. The item and fulfillment location can affect processing. If tracking is available, shipping information will be sent to the email used for the order. A tracking number may need the carrier's first scan before movement appears.

How to read an arrival estimate

An estimated arrival date is not a guaranteed delivery appointment. Holidays, weather, customs and carrier operations may affect timing. A multi-item order may arrive in more than one shipment.

Preparing your space

Review furniture measurements and room access, as well as relevant mounting, assembly and electrical requirements. Installation, assembly and delivery into a specified room are included only where expressly offered in the listing or at checkout.

If delivery needs attention

For an address correction, missing delivery, damage or incomplete parcel, write promptly to Support@sorlyna.com with the order number. Retain the packaging and provide clear photos when reporting damage or missing components.

Cross-border delivery

Where international shipping is offered, destination duties or import fees may be the recipient's responsibility unless checkout specifically includes them.
